All our VIA-T devices are currently compatible with the ETC service on freeways in Spain, France and Portugal.

If you contracted or renewed your VIA-T mobe® from August 2017 your VIA-T mobe® device works on all French freeways. Since 2018, the new VIA-T mobe® has been available, the only compatible electronic toll collection device in 4 countries: Spain, France, Portugal and Italy.

In case you do not remember, you can check from your Pagatelia on-line account the compatibility. In the main menu of your private area select "Mobes". From this section you can check the first 8 digits of your VIA-T (PAN) numbering.

If the numbering starts with 30864830 it is compatible in Spain, France and Portugal.

If the numbering starts with 30864850 it is compatible in Spain, France, Portugal and Italy.

If the numbering does not match, it is only compatible in Spain and Portugal. You can renew your device from our Customer Care Center.
