The error rate of our devices is minimal. However, if your VIA-T mobe® has any technical failure you can contact our Customer Care Center. We will contact you to assess the causes and offer you an immediate replacement of the faulty device.
Remember that it is very important to place the VIA-T mobe® properly, since a wrong position will prevent the correct communication between the antenna and the device, and therefore the barrier will not open.
To rule out that the malfunction is due to poor positioning, we recommend that you take a picture with your cell phone and send it to us at pagatelia@verramobility.com.
Important: Any device that shows signs of tampering or misuse by the user is excluded from warranty.
