The service in France and Italy is only for light vehicles.
Why does the use in France and Italy have a cost of 2,40€/month of use?
The extension of the electronic toll service in new networks, in this case France, involves the use of infrastructures external to Pagatelia's own network.
In this sense, the fee we will charge for its use in the foreign network is €2.40 incl. VAT per month of use (similar to our TL fee for Spain and Portugal), although we plan to offer an annual fee for frequent users in the future.
Pagatelia's basic fee, in any of its modalities, only includes the use in the Spanish and Portuguese networks.
How will the monthly fee be charged?
The usage fee in France and/or Italy will be deducted from your Pagatelia balance, only the calendar month you use it in that network.
BILLING:
For the payments you make on the LIBER-T (France) and Telepass (Italy) network, Pagatelia will only be able to send you a monthly Statement of movements in France or Statement of movements in Italy of your expenses made in these countries, (NOT invoice) so you will receive a payment receipt including all the transits of the month"".
Therefore, for the consumptions you make in France or in Italy, we will not be able to provide you with an invoice like the one we generate for the Spanish and Portuguese consumptions.
Which toll lane should I access?
Above the lane you will see a symbol with an orange 't'.
There are three types of zones:
1. mixed zone: here you can pay by cash and credit card. The device is also accepted if there is an orange 't' above the lane (longer waiting time).
2. In the lanes with the orange "t" symbol, all types of vehicles are allowed:
3. In these lanes you must adjust your speed to the required limit of 30 km/h.
For safety reasons and in order for the communication between the toll antenna and the device to be correct, you must slow down your vehicle and keep a prudent distance from the vehicle in front of you.
4. Reserved lanes: only for Class 1 vehicles less than 2 meters high and weighing less than 3,500 kg. Here you can see the classification of vehicles:
