Yes, you can change your VIA-T mobe® contract mode whenever you want from your Pagatelia account. To do so, you must click on the VIA-T mobe® number (308648********) and select the new tariff in the option "Your Contracts". A window will appear with a drop-down box called "Contract type" where you can choose the tariff you want. Remember to click on the "Save changes" button before leaving the page.

There is no charge for changing tariffs between the "Frequent User" and "Time Off" contracts.

If you have initially contracted the "Fórmula Fácil" tariff and you wish to change to another tariff, you will have to pay the registration fee (16.90€+IVA), since this tariff is 100% subsidized for the registration fee and shipping costs.
