Yes, to avoid problems in Portugal or Italy, since May 2018 we require all new users to associate a license plate to their device.

Important: In case you are going to travel to one of these countries it is very important that, in case you have not done it previously, you associate the license plate of your vehicle 24 hours before your trip. You can do this through your Pagatelia on-line account, in the "Mobes" option. Click on the number of the device (VIAT number - PAN) and save the changes.

You can add or modify the associated license plate number as many times as you want.
