Pagatelia will refund you the full amount of your balance when you unsubscribe. Once we receive the device we will proceed to refund your balance automatically to the payment method you have linked.

In certain exceptional cases, such as the retroactive application of discounts by the freeway, in which the resulting balance is unusually high, you can contact our Customer Service Center or send an email with your request to pagatelia@verramobility.com.
